Every day, I feel like I'm making a real difference in our aging populations lives providing them agency over their healthcare choices. Supportive Environment: The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative. There's a strong sense of community and everyone is willing to help each other out. Growth Opportunities: InnovAge offers plenty of opportunities for professional development and career growth. I've been able to take on new challenges and advance my career here. Work-Life Balance: The company understands the importance of work-life balance and offers flexible schedules and generous PTO.

      Cons

      Fast-Paced Environment: The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, but it's also very rewarding. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the place for you.

      They work you like a dog and Senior Operational leaders micromanage excessively and don't trust their employees.
