the SVP who runs DP is A-OK with me. Hardworking. Caring. Committed. She deserves better.

Cons

a lot of people in supervisory positions do not belong there. it took years to clear out the level of mediocrity plaguing middle-management, only to be replaced by more modern versions of same.

Pros

Innovairre has a truly wonderful environment at their Akron, OH office. Smart, hard working coworkers all doing their very best for their clients.

Cons

The company is comprised of a lot of acquisitions that are poorly knit together. A particular office can be strong (like the Akron group is) but the overall company is not necessarily the same deal.
