good hours and all. benefits are good depending on your plan that you chose

way too much overtime that you dont get to spend with family too many different shifts like 16 hour shifts and 4 12 hour shifts

Pros

Some interest in innovation, friendly coworkers, and some great managers. Over time if you want it. Working to raise money for mostly worthy causes.

Cons

Executive turnover - 6 different bosses in a year and a half. Hopefully that has stabilized. Crazy hours during busy season - 3 months of 12 hour shifts at least 5 days a week. Top executive was so-so on people skills - made a few coworkers cry during high-stress long-hours busy season.

The immediate staff and management always looked after the department and worker's best interest. Very flexible and family lifestyle orientated.

Cons

After it goes beyond the physical location of employment, the upper level management doesn't always make the wisest choices that at times inhibits productivity in said department.
