      There used to be a lot more pros.

      Cons

      Massive lay offs recently with no rhyme or reason: contract employee's, senior as well as new employee's, salaried employee's. Doesn't matter if you have been with the company 5 or 10 years. One day folks got up for work and got a call they were being laid off. Work slow down is now NO work. The disorganization and lack of communication from the bottom up through the top is beyond comprehension.

      location is good, some of the coworkers are very friendly

      Management has lack of job based knowledge, very poor communication between managers and employees and in between departments
