The only pro I can muster is personal; close to home.

Cons

Ego driven management at all levels (prevalent at the senior level); everyone has the correct answer, no one has the wrong answer; everyone wants responsibility but when the fires start, no one wants the onus. Defined lines are drawn among peers. If one does not subscribe to fraternal behavior, one will be unable to build meaningful, professional relationships. Clear favoritism; no room for growth; management saturation.

Started out fine but as time when on it was clear that the worker bees had their place and management made sure of it.

Flexible with request for time off, no weekends and no holidays.

Cons

No opportunity to train for other areas of work. They would train the "Leads" but not the "worker-bees". It's like the old saying, "keep them ignorant" and they can keep us in our place.
