      Pros

      Highly competitive datasets that appeal to clients, makes a great name for the firm.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced environment in which its expected to work overtime, on holiday, weekends and evenings. Doesn’t deliver on the promise of cost of living pay increases that was glamourized during interviews and performance reviews. And finally, Inovalon divested from Avalere completely dropping employees and severing the relationship without so much as any advance notice or transition plan. Right after the pulse survey closed as well. Super classy.
