Pros

Good benefits, nice holiday gift

Cons

Where to begin... started there and at first it felt like a community where everyone had each other’s back. That all slowly began to unravel as time went on. The amount of gossiping that occurs is absurd. The phrase “they are scared of me so they will do what I ask” was thrown around so often it was nauseating. There was an instance where a team didn’t like an individual so they 1. Talked negatively about this person when they could and 2. Forced them out because they wanted this person gone. Again, talking big about honesty and integrity , but don’t actually follow through with what your stating. Additionally, if someone had a question whether they had been there 5 months or 12 years and they didn’t know the answer it was deemed that 1. You didn’t care about the job or 2. You were just plain dumb. In addition, the finger pointing of this report or deliverable isn’t on my team so why should I care was high. 9 times out of 10, reporting was never correct so majority of the time one is chasing down or setting up meetings where nothing gets corrected Lastly, HR is not your friend. victim blaming is not okay and for a company that talks big about inclusion and we want to help, ya’ll got a funny way of showing it. *biannual layoffs to which you aren’t given a warning... people can be on PTO and receive a call saying, you don’t have a job. Highly unprofessional especially during this time*

Favoritism at its worst

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Some people do well regardless of what they actually do; the rest get ignored or worse. Numerous layoffs due to depending on a handful of clients to provide 90% of their income. Check out their public filings...yikes! Advancement is severely limited internally and skills acquired are not exportable in some departments due to the proprietary nature of their products. Bonuses are a joke. Uppermost management takes care of themselves and offers pennies to the rest. Depressing as heck to see how its handled. Raises are bad too. Not based on individual merit; pools of limited funds have to be shared.
