      None, there is nothing positive to list here. Getting paid every two weeks is all I can think of

      Pay is laughable, benefits are horrible, rigid management, zero work/life balance.... just a miserable environment

      There is nothing that comes to mind.

      I cried everyday going to work there till I was finally laid off after 3 months. The backstabbing, the gossip, the senior levels teams never showing up to meetings, the sexual harassment, "the white boys club," all made this place the worst place I have ever worked. It took me 4 months to find another job and when applying for unemployment Inovalon would never call the State of Maryland back. The State of Maryland called Inovalon as a "runner" not calling them back so they can hold out on paying you your unemployment. This company truly affected my home life since it took 8 weeks to finally starting getting any kind of money with a newborn. I wish I would have never worked here.
