Pros

The training is outstanding. There is self study,classroom,preceptor program and monthly updates. They care and listen to their employees and address their requests as soon as possible. They provide equipment needed to get the job done. They have reasonable expectations of employees. They provide full time work at home positions. They are competitive in salary and benefits. The current leadership is invested in growing the company and being the employer of choice in their field.

Cons

IT system cannot always meet the workload demands.

- Executive leadership involved with every detail. If you are lower than a sr director u rarely have a deciding voice - Turnover is too high, level of engangement from the employees low.

Inovalon is a hard driving company that is growing at a meteoric rate. It is staffed with bright and committed associates at all levels, and the rate of growth offers boundless career opportunities for all willing to put in the effort.

Cons

The pace at which Inovalon moves is not for everyone. The rapid growth constantly taxes all aspects of the company infrastructure resulting in challenges for the leadership to hire, house and manage the requisite resources.
