I was brought on as a contractual employee to assist in mass hiring on field employees. I worked there for one month before quiting. I was working on my masters while working there and I was told I would only be working a 40 hour week. I ended up being told by my supervisors that I had to stay late until the work was completed. I ended up working 70 hour weeks and get so far behind in my class that I had to drop it. It was an extremely stressful job where quotas had to be made or eles we would be yelled at and belittled. I thought I was going to assist recruiters (as my job title entailed) but ended up pushing paper work all day, every day. I still don't know what the company acutally did. Worst job of my life! Would not recommend it to anyone. When I tried to quit they kept telling me I was not allowed to quit and that they were so disappointed in me. WTF.

Very little flexibility of work schedule on a company wide basis. Consistent tight deadlines and expectations to work until the job is done without downtime or extra compensation. Benefits were average at best. Standard vacation but no rollover, expensive health care.
