      1) My boss is amazing 2) My coworkers are amazing 3) Benefits and Pay are amazing 4) Time off, paid holidays, and M-F schedule is amazing 5) All my coworkers have at least a Masters degree 6) No hospital politics 7) Managers focus on growing you into a leader 8) Always someone available to help or answer questions 9) 100% remote position with computer, screens, and other hardware provided 10) Cell phone reimbursement 11) Opportunities to work directly with senior management 12) Lots of opportunities for growth and development

      1) We are busy but that is job security so not an actual complaint

      Inovalon has had great growth and if you take initiative to talk about career paths with management there is a lot of room for growth.

      In home assessments for insurance based medicare advantage and contracted medicaid recipients Pay for mileage/travel Federal mileage rate Interesting work which provides for ability to educate consumers.

      Cons

      scheduling done by corportation on your requested schedule--empty slots make planning per diem difficult. In Home verses Telehealth but not both on one day One county district and not multiple local to afford greater opportunity for scheduling Scheduling appears to restrict to 25 clients per month for Per Diem -- No ability to flex up?
