Business Outlook
Pros
Fantastic people, collaborative environment, and commitment to get things done. The company is really well positioned for the future with the right technology and data assets, and there’s been a decent amount of positive leadership turnover. Pay is competitive, benefits are average, WFH, nice workstation provided (dual monitors, keyboard, etc)
Cons
Like any company that’s innovating, evolving, and growing - there can be hiccups. Usually the people with the right attitude and mindset are able to adapt and achieve success. PTO is definitely taken, but it seems that people aren’t always “off”. Might just be those people, because the company definitely encourages employees to unplug when they can.
