Where to start? The leadership at this company constantly fails to foster a positive and supportive environment. The lack of purpose and constant atmosphere of fear made it impossible to thrive or find any sense of fulfillment. Rather than fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, the culture was dominated by a toxic competition, with employees more concerned about protecting themselves than working towards a common goal. The lack of trust and constant undermining created an unhealthy atmosphere where everyone was on edge, constantly watching their backs, and afraid to voice their opinions or take risks. The absence of work-life balance was particularly disheartening. The expectation was that employees would be available 24/7, sacrificing personal time and well-being for the company's benefit. There was no consideration for personal commitments or the need for rest and rejuvenation. The constant pressure to be available at all times led to burnout and had a detrimental effect on both physical and mental health. It became a never-ending cycle of sleepless nights, constant anxiety, and the feeling of being trapped in a never-ending work grind. Do not work for this company.
