Pros

Good pay, paid mileage, easy work

Cons

Was told from numerous review specialists and lead review specialists that more work was coming, should see it on my schedule soon. I waited for almost 2 months, nothing! Or 3 or 4 hrs a week spread over 3 days. You can not commit to anything else either cuz they require you commit to 24 hrs a week so you can not do another job while waiting for work. Believe the poor reviews on this company, I did not and they Re true.

Leadership incompetence.

Pros

Smart and hardworking people to work with.

Cons

Smart and hardworking people stuck in working for an incompetent CTO who cannot differentiate between what is digital and analog. Brought his incompetent bunch to the company to bring havoc and discontent. Confuses software development with payphone repair, totally clueless. Was a reject from a smart telecom company (they were smart before they fired him). Does not care about staff and does not understand that leadership is motivating people and make people work with you because they believe your vision, aligned with your goals and all I can see is people spending their time trying to find another job to get as far from Inovalon because they do not trust you.

Pros

*Work from home. *Decent pay but not great. *Room to advance, though, not sure I'd want to.

Cons

*Unrealistic expectations! They now make everyone take a 40 question test EVERY MONTH. A score below 95% results in being written up. *Leads and managers who have know idea how to treat human beings and will not hesitate to throw you under the bus AND put a brick on the pedal to cover their own rear. They are not all bad, though, the good ones just don't last long. *Very high turnover rate/widespread layoffs with little notice. This means that "leadership" is constantly changing and people/teams are shuffled around without notice making it very difficult for form decent working relationships. *Inconsistent "Operating Procedures" (they only apply when it benefits them) *Outdated equipment.
