      TAMPA CALL CENTER CLOSES UNDER THE COVER OF NIGHT.

      Pros

      At the time i was looking for job stability, they paid well and provided benefits. It sounded great but it was not reality.

      Cons

      There was always an incredible amount of pressure with supervisors stocking you, recording you and replaying the calls as they wished. Everyone was unhappy and in fear even the supervisors were stressed, all afraid to loose their jobs. Everyone was afraid to talk because they fired their employees at the drop of a hat. In the end everyone came in to work and were fired one by one and no one knows why.

      Pros

      There are some great employees within this company just not at the top. The compensation is good but it comes with a price.

      Cons

      Disrespect from upper management is tolerated. It appears that the worse you are the faster you rise to the top. They claim that the mission of he company is integrity but it's so far from the truth it's scary.

      Don't bother, you'll get laid off in a year.

      Pros

      They offer a friendly work environment and, if you're smart, you can get a high compensation package.

      Cons

      For the last three years there have been massive layoffs. You will be over-paid once you get a job but don't expect to keep it long. They laid off 200+ people three weeks ago with out warning once they lost two major clients due to mismanagement. It didn't matter about seniority or experience or even productivity so watch out!
