Pros

No issues with the work or the day to day people you work with. Pay is standard.

Cons

Too many changes in upper management. 3 different managers in less than 5 months. Had I known they do layoffs this frequently, I never would have took the job. Wasn't there 2 years before I was laid off. They layoff at the end of the year right before the holidays and then start hiring again the next year. Makes absolutely no sense. They should invest in those who are already there.

Decent pay and benefits, and can work from home

Cons

Many many layoffs occur on a monthly basis due to trying to keep books balanced and seem as though business is doing well. They will eliminate positions and then re-open those same positions once they've laid off the masses. Upper management will tell you that they were unaware of the layoffs but they aid in making those decisions. Constant changes in the organizational structure, switching from being a public traded company to private, then back to public, then private and so on. It doesn't matter how much of high performer you are or if you have a strong work ethic, when they are done with you, they are done! Beware!

Ask for you what in salary up front - you will get it But you would not be happy and will recieve the training and leave Become friends with senior management to grow

Cons

New faces all the time, unorganized, senior manager do not care for the employees, limited growth opportunities, just a working bee, lack of communication Lower management does not have any power
