No legitimate chance of growth within the company. Positions are offered internally but they do a lot of outside hiring. Upper level management only cares about upper level management. There are not too many supervisors or directors who care about the “little guys.” I worked there for 2 years and although I met some great people from my team and other departments, I did not enjoy working there. Very disappointed with the way directors and senior level management and decided to manage my team. I remember having a celebration with cake and ice cream for a director who was promoted (that he threw for himself) and thanked us all of our hard work but there were no bonuses or raises that followed for those who did all the work to make him look good. Nothing! Just a slice of cake and ice cream, while he got more money and a higher ranked position.
