Pros

The pros are all in the ideas, words, Vision of the company - taking employees out for an alcoholic beverage after an 4(11-hr) days is not proper compensation. Managers (and there are waaaaay to many of them) are more concerned with the illusion of a great work environment than the actual practice of it. I did meet a number of brilliant, interesting, talented people here - but they are grossly displaced. They are in an industry that is booming.

Cons

Improper skills match = hight turnover. Illusion (not the actual practice) of a decent(not even asking for great) work/life balance = high turnover Improper/mismatched compensation = high turnover Lousy benefits for people with family = high turnover Too many chiefs not enough constituents = high turnover Inconsistent/lack of flow of information = high turnover Management with illusions of grandeur = high turnover Favoritsm = keeps less qualified people in play and frustrates good employee out of work = high turnover. If you HAVE TO work here, bite the bullet and do your 6 month stint or whatever you can stomach then be on your way. ... Need I continue?

Pros

Perceived (perhaps in next 10 years or so) Boomer era health care data bulge might benefit the company.

Cons

Lot of compeititors in the arena and Company can not even keep its original name(It is used to be MedAssurant). Very feeble management and HR practices. More than half of very critical IT operations are done by foriegn work force. I wonder how Federal Dept of Helath and Human services allow this critical data access to people with out any security clearances? Lot of apprehension hence the work place tends to be chaotic. Does not own its own facility hence one can asses the financial position....

Pros

If you are a remote reviewer, you get to work from home.

Cons

Everything else! No process ownership from any lead, quality manager, director, or anyone else in administration. Raises are based on whether or not your lead "likes" you; so employees are back to schoolyard rules. Absolutely NO follow through when problems are brought by employees, but there are great expectations if problems are brought by leads. In short, if you want to work specific hours with no vacation, holiday or PTO-this is the company for you.
