      Decent Employees, Bad Upper Managment & HR

      Sometimes they offer events with free food

      Implementing a "hybrid" schedule without any employee consideration. Mandatory days in office and sometimes you have to be in for the whole week .No reason on being in office except for "commraderie." Everyone I have talked to is upset about the in office policies that HR and managment have no answers for. There is no employee conderation or accomdations. "Hotel Sytle" desk assignments where you have to reserve your desk and then share it with someone else on the days you arent in. Very unsanitary, and stressful. For being in the Healthcare industry they have no regards to Covid cases rising again, and it feels like Upper Managment and HR do not really care about employees.

      Great money if you put in the work and growing company

      Cons

      High turnover, some of the people in leadership have 0 people skills. I’ve never been spoken to so poorly like I have here. Disappointed with the culture. Couldn’t pay me enough to be okay with the way I was treated.

      Pay is on the low side of decent for the type of work.

      Cons

      They will lie and say you’re going to do customer service but it is SALES!!!!! They are strict for a job that is extremely easy. They will term you if your father passed away. They will term you if you miss a hour of training due to emergency. One of the managers is ghetto! Training is horrible! Run do not work here!!!!
