      Pros

      Had face to face meeting with recruiter early on in job search process. The recruiter was very professional and followed up with me on a couple of opportunities since the meeting. Would use Insight Global again.

      Cons

      None. I had other opportunities pending so I was slow to agree to be submitted for consideration on a particular position and by the time I decided to go forward with the position Insight global had found, the position had been filled.

      Pros

      The amount of success you achieve is entirely up to you! IGI provides you with an opportunity that you won't find anywhere else. It's a fun work environment and your surrounded by outgoing and fun people like yourself.

      Cons

      It's a very competitive and fast pace environment that's not cut out for everybody. If you can keep up and you're very ambitious this won't be a problem.

      Pros

      The environment here is incredible! There is constant encouragement from recruiters and managers and it keeps the motivation up. There is so much room for growth and opportunity here.

      Cons

      You can't go into management right away but with constant one-on-one training from managers it paves the way for success and upward growth within the company.
