      Pros

      Insight Global is a great place to start your career! The company puts so much effort and time in teaching their employees the ins and outs of the staffing industry. They provide both mentors and training for all their employees. Everyone who works at Insight Global is very hardworking and determine. The culture is one of a kind and the experience is invaluable!

      Cons

      You may not be able to start out in a manager role but Insight Global paves the way for promotions and puts so much time in making sure their employees have the right resources to move up in the company.

      Everyone is so friendly and helpful all of the time. It is like one big family and everyone hangs out with one another outside the office, too.

      Cons

      We do not have the option to work remotely.

      Great group of people to work with. Young, fun and professional environment

      Cons

      Pay structure is completely out of whack. Entry level employees are pitted against each other to see who can come out on top. 1% commission for base recruiter is far to low and can be demoralizing if not recognized by upper management. Has a "pyramid" type feel with higher tiered employees making 10 times+ more than entry level. With that being said there is an EXTREMELY high turnover rate. Company hires a lot and feels like they "use" the employees to gain more business and do not look out for the future of those employees after.
