Low pay and poor leadership vision before new COO and eventually CEO took over. Extremely high turnover over last three years (even before covid) and several failed attempts to scale sales team (stems from lack of vision and understanding of product market fit). Sales team consists of young & poorly trained reps because they like to pay low and sell a "Masters degree in Sales". Some sales managers don't like feedback which creates a poor environment to learn and evolve. Ask about churn and average AE quota attainment

I think they get spooked by large changes and react by laying people off. They have had two very large layoffs in the past year and then realized they laid too many people off and needed to hire more. I loved working there but this is definitely a red flag. I also think they are on the lower end of the pay scale.
