People are hard workers, very bright group of individual contributors

Cons

Two founders have exited, along with at least 15 changes to the Executive team in 2 years with the CEO being the only constant. This sinking ship is bogged down in useless meetings, leadership lacks self-awareness so much so it borders on delusional, and whatever you do, do not ask for documented performance metrics or try anything creative because neither will not be met favorably.

Pros

My coworkers are hard working, fun loving people who are excited to be here. It's nice to be in an environment where people care about each other professionally and personally, and we're all working towards the same goals. We've filled a huge void in the market, and it's rewarding to see businesses use our software to drive efficiency in their organizations.

Cons

This is a great place for self motivated folks who want to take initiative. For someone who would prefer to sit and wait for instructions, this is probably not a good fit. Not a place for a 9-5 "it'll get done eventually" attitude.

I guess the benefits are good.

Cons

They laid off almost there entire sales team a few months ago. Company decided to hire all these new people, then lay them off a week later. They realized they were wrong and tried to hire those people back. Please have some respect for your employees moving forward.
