Pros

InsightSquared is fast-paced, employees are driven, and everyone is given a ridiculous degree of ownership and runway to succeed. There's a great degree of cross-departmental collaboration; even as the company continues to grow, people are invested in the whole team's success and love to work together. I've never worked at an organization where I jump out of bed every morning to get to work. No "cases of the Mondays" here.

Cons

Fast-paced can often mean less structure or shifting priorities. Potential suitors should consider if this fits with their optimal work style.

Pros

The company has a great product and is full of young, intelligent, driven employees. Everyone looks out for the good of the team as a whole, and the leadership truly believes in the value of the service we provide.

Cons

There are a lot of growing pains, and challenges with organization and division of labor. Everyone has to learn on the fly, which can cause frustration, but lends to some of the positives of working here too.

Amazing people (fun and extremely bright), great product, lots of market traction and steady growth - what's not to like?

Cons

A very young company - average age is probably around 24/25. A pro to some, maybe, but the lack of experience of some employees shows.
