Pros

There was, at a time, a culture here that included camaraderie, friendship, and boundaries. Daily free lunch wasn't about free food, but taking a break for lunch, eating and chatting with your colleagues and friends. That's what made this place fun and enjoyable to work at. Great product and a genuine desire to help customers grow.

Cons

Croneyism, the hiring of a bro culture, and hyper-growth led to a culture that was anathema to many and resulted in numerous unfortunate departures by folks no longer able to handle the toxic environment.

Pros

They do a pretty good job of keeping up with the rest of the Boston tech companies in terms of perks in the office. Most coworkers are hard working and friendly. You constantly get to meet new, cool people with all of the turnover/layoffs

Cons

CEO is not respected and his vision isn’t clear. Product isn’t competitive Anymore. Goals are not realistic for reps,

We've put a lot of work into this over the past few months. I hope that you and others on the team feel this has improved. I'd welcome discussion and feedback on that front. For folks considering a career here, I have many channels of feedback to address concerns personally, including monthly town hall meetings, monthly employee surveys, anonymous feedback channels, and biweekly office hours. - Smart, kind coworkers - Great culture, real sense of unity, everyone knew everyone

- Tumultuous, many layoffs - That tumult lead to less room for growth than advertised
