Pros

Smart colleagues, a lot of talented people. Frequent company all-hands meetings, management is fairly transparent Company is in growth mode, which is "exciting".

Cons

A "fast paced" company because the marketing organization is un-organized yet heavily cross-functional. There is very little direction and things can can change any time without any reason Goals are constantly moving and can be increased to a point where they almost don't have meanings anymore. There is little to no recognition when things get accomplished, you'll barely get time to breath before having to move on to the next "fire". Everyone on the team is burnt out.

Pros

Free lunches, Attendance system is forgiving, Location and Cleanliness

Cons

The CEO is now a billionaire and we don't make money. They mysteriously fire people. Monthy one on one meetings that are condescending. They do not promote within. I do not believe there is equal opportunity.
