Pros

You are always learning because you're constantly surrounded by people that are smarter than you in one field or another. Externally, you're meeting with executives from the top food retailers in the country. It's exciting to be part of a hyper growth company and also reassuring to see similar growth in the overall e-commerce grocery space.

Cons

The company is still figuring out it's identity and ironing out long term goals. This is somewhat to be expected with such a young company but can be a con for those that require firm structure.
