Lots of hype

Pros

- diversity of projects and clients - access to some brilliant people

Cons

- homogeneous with undertones of misogyny (mainly white male creatives + leadership / white female producers + EPs). this leads to high-school level cliques. - "no process" translates to the loudest voice being heard. - poor leadership. partners are hands-off and clueless, while talent is promoted into middle-management positions with no training or guardrails. - lots of talk about innovation, but mainly works on marketing sites.

Pros

Amazingly smart co-workers Great, interesting, unique projects Opportunities to work with cool brands

Cons

The partners The "cool kid" mentality When people don't know how to do something, they won't admit it
