Pros

Great building and location, Owners have open door policy so you can always ask them questions, Excellent incentive compensation to reward productive employees, Good team environment, Business casual dress, Jeans ok on Fridays

Cons

It would be nice to have more relaxed dress guidelines, especially in the hot summer months

Very few co-workers made the day not drag on

Cons

- Micromanagement is the norm (expect higher ups to frequently peer in your workspace throughout the day despite no issues with completing tasks) - Little care for employee travel safety (expected to drive through city closures due to weather) - Outdated mentality (refused to allow WFH, especially during troublesome weather conditions, for no other reason than management watching everything you do during the workday) - Despite being a lower experienced employee, I was delegated work outside my experience/knowledge for positions 1 -2 higher than mine, but they didn't care

While we work nationwide and strive to serve our customers in all time zones, and empower many of our team members through bonus compensation to strive to exceed expectations, we are first a family oriented business that values the support that our team members gain from families, friends and personal interests, and strive to support quality of life and work/life balance. We understand that we are not able to meet each expectation that an individual team member may have, but we actively look for opportunities to support our team while maintaining the success of our small business which we all count on to support our families.
