Little to no management looking over you on daily basis

Over work for the pay,expect you to meet very high expectations and will terminate if not met. Insurance has a hard time obtaining employees

Cons

Insureone is so unprofessional it's disgusting. There;s no formal training, and very little help from associates. Scheduling sucks and they don't offer rises. Promotions are based on how "cool" you are w/ management, and not based on skill. They treat the employees like crap, and the customer's worst
