Don't work here yet but will soon there are not many reviews but I am planning on updating in about a month or so.

Cons

Don't know yet? I guess at my old company I was paid more hourly but no commission so that will be something to get used to. You do have to work 9-6 so I'm not too excited about that either.

They give you a small salary, they help you get licensed if not already licensed.

Cons

Managers are incompetent, they don't know how to manage people. A lot of sales agent turnover here. They have other managers call you and fake they are customers to try and get you in trouble. No freedom to be a business person. They don't have enough coverage in their stores so customers are very angry because they have to wait 45 minutes to make a payment, buy a policy or renew a policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
