The head of marketing, all of the miserable people that work there, being talked down on, everyone talking about everyone else behind their back, horrible work environment, no employee evaluations (HOM will tell you you're a "rockstar" to your face and then tell everyone else you suck.... would rather watch you crash and burn than provide assistance to make you a better employee). Moral of the story, dont work in the marketing department here, it's soul sucking and life draining. McDonalds would be a better option than a marketing job with IMS.
