The managers of the customer service department was underwhelming at best they train you on for weeks on end on more easy tasks but then throw you to the wolves with more complex tasks. Answering the phone don’t even get me started there, pick up by the first ring or your in trouble. Some of the people where pleasant but most of the team looked at you and treated you like you were dumb for even asking a question making you feel you were a burden to them. Don’t even get me started on the paperwork customer service has they have a very archaic system to how purchases are made, with a lot of paperwork.
