a paycheck, something to do for 40+ hours a week if you're really bored
Cons
Expected working hours kept changing and company rules differed depending on who you were in the organization. Severe micromanagement with employee inability to access basic computer software programs that are necessary to your job function because they could be "distracting". I think the absolute worst was the very cold, impersonal office environment. No one talks to each other, no one socializes, everyone sits in their cubicle and acts like you're a burden if you ask them for something. I absolutely dreaded coming in to work here every day.
