Growing faster than they can handle and accounts suffer Upper management does not care about you Goals are unrealistic for bonus Was laid off because an account closed and not even a conversation was had by management. HR called me in same day an account announced they were to close and had no options

Pros

Company pay is good and it was a laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Lacks management in the fleet department. It was terrible how it was dismantled. They let go of the most experienced employees.

Growth opportunities - things change very quickly around here, which opens lots of doors for people with ambition and "entrepreneurial spirit." A culture focused on growth is facilitated by supportive managers who genuinely want the best for their employees.

Cons

The constant state of change and evolution certainly comes with challenges. There is always a problem to solve -- for better or worse.
