Pros

There will undoubtedly be continued use of rotating motors to generate electric power or to convert that power into mechanical work. There is no threat of the industry changing or being left behind.

Cons

There are not many pathways for career growth..

I've really enjoyed my time at this company because of its strong entrepreneurial spirit, which encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving at every level. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement, and the focus on servant leadership creates a supportive and empowering environment.
