      Pros

      The ISN team is committed to the company's mission and contributes to the continued growth. It's nice to work with individuals who know the meaning and value of teamwork and aren't just in it for themselves. There have been changes in management over the last year or two and it's created a positive impact that continues to improve. Previous reviews have mentioned poor leadership, nepotism, etc. but I have not seen any of that here. My experience has been that this company welcomes new ideas, which is refreshing.

      Cons

      There may be some growing pains at ISN but every organization goes through them, learns from them, and moves on. If you're looking for a company that does not adapt to the market and remains stagnant, ISN is not the place for you. Change is a good thing!

      Company culture and values are just words on paper.

      Pros

      In the beginning you have a voice and can influence the leadership. Once the "shiny and new" wears off, your just another front line soldier headed off to combat.

      Cons

      Extremely poor and unethical HR department. Women are kept out of the C-suite. Tenured knowledge is seen as last week's newspaper. Executive team is disconnected from daily business activity. Employees are managed based upon daily Sales numbers. Absolutely no work life balance.

      The company is growing fast with lots of opportunity for people who are looking for a fasted paced ever changing environment.

      If you don't like change and challenge don't work here.
