Having fun coworkers make you endure the hard work

Cons

You will die here of exhaustion if you stay long. There are endless workdloads, consecutive mandatory overtimes, unreachable goals and deadlines etc. If you stand up and complains to them, they will treat it as insubordination and will punish you. If you slack off, they will treat you as useless and will force you to quit. They treat their people as slaves or robots. Even robots need to replace their battery or recharge. Here, you will not get the chance to recharge.

I enjoy the freedom of working independently and helping my team grow. When you have a question, the upper management is there to answer. Meeting targets and showing high performance take efforts but the ultimate outcome is always rewarding.

Cons

Organizational skills are the key to success here.
