Very simplistic and easy work. Employees and management are easy to work with and communicate with.

Cons

Upper management beyond your direct leadership is awful to deal with. Very uninformative with the traditional leadership style of you'll only know if its important specifically to you. Its nice to see what else is going on in the company affecting different aspects of the job. Human Resources is also terrible to get in contact with and you basically have to pry information out of them. Definitely there for the organization, not the employees. Not a ton of room for growth. But at the end of the day the pay is great for essentially doing tech support.

Little to no mobility opportunity. Attended over 10 interviews for roles within the company every time the reason was I didn’t have the relevant experience in the job.
