Pros

* Great compensation (base + cash bonus + equity award), especially for more recent hires * Conveniently-located, recently-updated, well-protected office in the historic building * Small gift handouts from listing companies

Cons

* Toxic company culture and values with much finger-pointing and brown-nosing * Stale technology stack with not much automation and slowly-moving SDLC * High level of technical debt and significant production support load * Poor work-life balance with absolutely no telecommuting

Pros

Good location, if you live north of 128. Made some good friends who have been working there for a long time.

Cons

Was never a great company to begin with. Most people blame the horrible ICE acquisition, I only feel it made matters worse. Managers/ directors tried to be Frank Underwood from House of Cards (and not in a cool way). Very hard not to lose motivation. Colleagues were good people personally but this work environment brought out their worst! Avoid this company at all costs unless you happen to live in the area and are too proud to collect unemployment.

Pros

You get to work with smart people. Efficiency is valued. Company is doing well and employees benefit as shareholders.

Cons

Few at the top have done well for themselves, no room down the hierarchy for growth. non-existant Work Life Balance. Pay is not competitive. Has its own unique culture and allows only "certain type" to grow.
