      You will learn a lot about the industry and our clients over time at IDC. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Upper management micro manages the entire company, does not have a full understanding of the work the entry level employees do. Upper management seems to be very cheap. Movement upward is possible, however in some cases there is favoritism. You must expose yourself to others to be known

      Pros

      The NYSE is an iconic brand and provides access to unique experiences. Employees are smart, hardworking, and proud to walk through the doors of the NYSE every day.

      Cons

      Morale is incredibly low as fear rules and leadership provides very little transparency into objectives or decision-making. A once collegial culture has become very competitive and unfriendly as employees are increasingly insecure regarding their futures. Creativity, collaboration and energy have been replaced by weariness and dysfunction across the organization.
