Great culture, able to work from home, great people to work for, able to do your work on your own but had managers who were there to assist when needed. Would highly recommend!

Pros

If you work hard and show you want to work your best they want you to be here. They appreciate the type of work you do and dedication vs just being a number but also understand you have families and think that's important too. Future is bright for the company and always adapting and developing the best way to move into Future with. A smaller company means you work directly with the managers and directors and executive team and they try and foster a company wide working together idea vs being in silos.

Cons

You won't get rich being here but always get a pay check and if you are valuable employee they will take care of you. Not all CEOs care this much about their employees.
