      Supports employees referring friends and family members.

      Cons

      No accountability in management. In 2008 from January thru July 12 Engineers quit 5 went to the same company. Tend to work more at putting out fires than preventing them. Employees that have been fired for a variety of reason are simply hired back as contract employees. Different departements with the company recieved drastically different profit sharing, from $1000 to $14,000.

      Probably the worst place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      You are nothing but a number. They do not care about you as a person, they change your schedule with little to no notice, voluntold overtime, find everyway possible to make a quick buck at your expense.

      Apparently HR and management do not communicate. If you don’t have a life outside of work then this job is perfect for you. I’m so disappointed. I was really so excited in the beginning but quickly turned to being disgusted. These people want you to have no life outside of work. Job stated 4 days on and 3 days off. Total lie. Expect to work 5-6 days a week working 12 hr shifts.
