      Management struggles with decisions, plays favorites

      Kind people Hard-working coworkers Family and personal concerns well-accepted Winter Shutdown over Holidays

      Cons

      Management in disarray -- So much concern about what CEO will think that decisions are postponed, reconsidered, or simply not made at all. Work is often at a standstill. CEO and top management favoritism outrageous. Many personal perks for top managers that publicly-traded company should be circumspect about, all while lower-level employees under extreme pressure to cut costs. Top brass hosts meetings on tropical islands while employees are asked not to make color copies in order to save money.
