Pros

3/4 days off a week and the business park, nothing else

Cons

If you are thinking about joining the TRICARE operations team please think long and hard about the decision you are about to make. You will be consistently micro managed, you will be thrown into the deep end with limited resources and training, you will be punished by management and the quality team if you make a mistake, there is a blame culture that exists throughout management even if you are new to the platform. Management will give you conflicting information and tasks, they are very supportive on the surface but at soon as the turd hits the fan they will turn their back and the blame will rest on you. To sum this role up it is dead end 13 hour call centre job in disguise. The turnover of staff is huge 5-7 people join every month and of those 5-7 around half will quit during training, on average you will see 1-2 people leaving every month, yet nothing is done or even investigated about why this is happening by those at the top of the pyramid. I cannot say the same for the operation coordinators on the operation platform, nor the medical team staff as they seem to have much better management compared to the TRICARE team.

Pros

none, there is nothing even slightly positive to say about this company, dreadful us a underestimate of this organisation ......

Cons

I have never seen such a level of organisational toxicity. They micro manage from their corporate office and are out of touch with reality, treat staff appallingly, force them to sign questionable contracts, they have no concern for their employees or their health and wellbeing, promoting bullying, victimization and alienation. Any good staff soon leave or are fed to the wolves by and including management, should you dare speak up . Many of their staff have no skills and are outright dangerous, they project the aura of professionalism however this is far from the truth and is run like a narcissistic side show.

Pros

Shift works meant a few extra days off during the week, opportunity to travel/ work in assistant centres overseas.

Cons

Management is absolutely shambolic, so unprofessional and a culture of workplace bullying is accepted. Staff are treated like machines rather than people with individual needs. Truly a toxic work environment and I would say to anyone to steer clear of this company as I had the worst experience working here. I regret not joining a union at the time so this company could have been challenged for their unacceptable actions, as my voice alone proved to not be enough.
