      Unfair treatment of employees

      Pros

      At the entry level, all the coworkers are friendly and willing to help. There is a sense of comradary and teamwork that unifies the coordinator team. The shifts go by fast and you often have four days off per week.

      Cons

      This job can be done from home but the company absolutely refuses to even provide a hybrid option. The pay is not worth the amount of work and stress. The managers ask everyone to "be flexible" but they are the least flexible quagmire of leaders ever assembled. The managers also have little tolerance for employees who speak up against the unfair treatment. Advancement is based on political standing and how much the managers like you. Bottom line- this company does not care about the employees.

      When they say "we're like family", they refrain from stating that it's a very dysfunctional family.

      Pros

      - Some genuinely good people - Interesting job once you're able to work cases - Decent benefits - Free food?

      Cons

      - Schedule is unforgiving & ever changing up to the last minute - Toxic relationships between colleagues make the job a lot more difficult than it should be - Stress level is high because even the best coordinator isn't trained properly - they're good because they've been able to figure out the different tasks required on their own and with experience. - Management & cooperate could truly care less if you develop mental health issues, alopecia or become dependent on sugar, caffeine or worse.

      Benefits were decent for the cost.

      Cons

      This company rewards failing managers and punishes successful staff. Annual pay increases below industry standard and cost of living. Each year I worked there I lost money. No investment in training.
