Pros

Everyone was friendly and nice. Causal environment was nice. Free parking and close to major highways and near a mail area.

Cons

Accounting Management did not appear have a knowledge of what different groups were doing. All accounting staff was gone from the business group and no-one in Corporate Accounting knew anything what was happening in the business group. Therefore, guidance was unavailable.

Interesting business industry. Good work/life balance. Many career opportunities if you are willing to be mobile around the world.

Cons

Poor business model, too many changes in a short period of time. The company is always switching directions - could be better than a company that never changes?

the pay is great and you could not ask for a better schedule. 3 days with 13hr shits and 4 days off

Cons

management consisted of a group of the most condecending bullies that I have ever been around. A host of responsibility with very little training and no advocate (i.e. HR) to serve as protection when these issues arise
