Pros

Salary for Paramedics, travel, potential for advancement. Good management, diverse opportunities, if you do a good job you can go any where you want!

Cons

Low cost travel, (back of the plane) depending on the office no retirement benefits, health care benefits not that great.

Pros

Being a first responder to emergency calls is always a "Pro" especially when you can help someone who is really in need. Good people once you realize the politics & Bagel Friday.

Cons

-Management was the worst group of catty, deceiving, gossipers. -Over worked reps with no acknowledgement to actual hard work by management. -Unprofessional conduct by middle management -False promotions -Improper quarterly review -Racist encounters -Rules decided when they should be implemented selectively depending on how management feels or if they like you personally never mind your work ethic. -Boring office, Boring decor, always freezing even in the winter.
