Pros

Company is progressive. Benefit for domestic partners. Management approachable. Travel requirement can be domestic or international depending upon job function. Good opportunites for advancement across departments as well as within.

Cons

The pressure in the call center can be extreme during a disaster (Tsunami, Katrina, Beirut)

International Company with a good reputation

Cons

Upper Management in the Americas is not in any term good for the companies culture and for its employees. Clear bias and not uniform rules for employees, which set a clear line of discrimination with the rest of the company.
