No upward mobility, especially if you are not European or French. No trust for decision making. Company offers most expensive service with high profit margin possible to their clients while squeeze and suppresses employees salaries. Worldwide, but 60-75% of the company is clueless and just shift responsibility for task to other people and wasting time. When they are done with you, they will just force you until you can't stand it anymore and leave. Unreasonable and poor management. Do yourselves a favor and look else ware, don't say I didn't warn you. No respect to doctors. I joined with 8 other doctors and half left the company within 12-15 months.
